Since 1989

Gary Little Construction was established in 1989 by Gary & Debbie Little, and became Gary Little Construction, Inc., when we incorporated in 1995. Gary Little Construction, Inc. is a General Contractor specializing in both commercial and industrial work. We self perform concrete foundations, metal stud framing and drywall. A large percentage of our projects have been for Lockheed Martin, Boeing and Six Flags Magic Mountain. Our work for these companies range from various maintenance projects to major construction projects.


Debbie Little, President

Debbie began her career in the banking industry in 1976. In 1989 she started the company with Gary and has filled the role of office manager and President. Her 35 years of banking and administrative experience has been very instrumental in the success of our company. She has enjoyed spending time with her family and the family atmosphere of our work place.

Gary Little, Vice President

Gary began his construction career in the 1977 as a carpenter for Ashland Construction and worked his way up to foreman and superintendent. He started Gary Little Construction to try to get ahead in life and for the freedom to make his own decisions. Over the years he has developed many clients and turned most of those relationships into close friendships that continue today. He has always tried to give a quality product for a fair price and be able to shake hands with the clients at the beginning and most importantly at the end of the projects.

Mike Thompson, CFO

Mike began working for us in 1991. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Cal Lutheran University in 1994. He started out as a summer help laborer and worked his way up to carpenter foreman and then project manager/estimator in 1999. Mike is directly involved in all aspects of the company including project management, estimating, scheduling, operations and planning.

Michael Bernards, Project Executive

Michael began working for us in 2014. He received his Bachelors Degree from Long Beach State University in 2002. He previously worked for Bernards from 1997 to 2014. Mike has been a great asset to the company and is involved in project management and scheduling of our larger projects.
